On 7/30/2026 Kurtis Boss had this to say:
Wish I could leave more than 5 stars!!! I inquired via their website late Tuesday night (after business hours) and I’m relaxing in my professionally installed air conditioning already (it’s Thursday evening). The communication, work quality, and price are refreshing to see. They were already installing the units before I received phone calls back from a few of the other companies I reached out to! Thank you Infinity team!!

On 7/6/2026 Scott Tiehen had this to say:
If anyone deserves more than 5 stars, it's Infinity Heating & Cooling. I was out of town when we had a heat index over 100 and my central air unit broke—John and his team were out within a week replacing it all at a decent price and honored a veteran discount. Do not hesitate to call John; he will give you an honest & fair estimate on your heating or AC unit. I'm a very happy Customer.

On 5/5/2026 Sheila Wolf had this to say:
Called in the evening and he called back within 3 minutes! He came over immediately and fixed my heat, which thankfully was an easy fix for him. I will always call this company for all my heating and air conditioning needs! Of the 3 different places I called, he was the only one to immediately come over and fix the heat! Perfect guy, perfect company! So very glad the other companies didn't care enough to bother!
